Młodszy Ksiegowy/ Junior Accountant jest odpowiedzialny za:

  • wprowadzanie danych do systemu finansowo - księgowego,
  • kontrola rozliczeń z klientami,
  • komunikacja z kontrahentami (w tym: uzgadnianie sald należności, prowadzenie windykacji),
  • współpraca z prawnikiem,
  • wprowadzanie informacji nt klientów do systemu,
  • tworzenie raportów dotyczących należności,
  • archiwizacja dokumentów,
  • udział w tworzeniu procesów i ich modyfikacji.

Nasze podstawowe wymagania na tym stanowisku to:

  • wykształcenie kierunkowe: finanse, rachunkowość
  • znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym
  • płynna znajomość języka polskiego w mowie i w piśmie
  • komunikatywność i umiejętności interpersonalne
  • doświadczenie w windykacji lub/i księgowości
