What will be your role?
  • Analysis and development of concepts for the development of areas acquired for the possible technical installation of Energy Warehouses, PV, and PW - work in AutoCad or similar software.
  • Obtaining necessary decisions and permits for the implementation of ME, PV, and PW projects, including preparing relevant documents (Applications for basic/cadastral maps; Information Cards for Projects; Applications for Environmental Decisions; Applications for Building Conditions; Applications for Connection Conditions).
  • Continuous monitoring of official decisions and administrative procedures - liaising with authorities.
  • Verification and opinion on project documentation in due diligence processes.
  • Document archiving.
  • Ongoing reporting on the progress and advancement of work in projects.
Your qualifications
  • Minimum of six months of experience in a similar position (energy, environmental, construction industry).
  • Higher education (energy, construction, spatial planning, environmental protection, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Good command of English is desirable.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Practical knowledge of AutoCad software.
  • Knowledge of PV Syst or similar program is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Energy Warehousing, PV, and PW market will be an additional advantage.
