Clinical Business Developer Molecular Solutions

Your responsibilities

  • This position will include acting as an clinical expert/liaison by engaging with targeted leads, providing education on the clinical utility of rapid molecular syndromic testing to current and future customers.
  • Drive demand and prescriptions to increase consumption. Furthermore, the position will work closely with the commercial team including sales forces, marketing representatives & medical advisor positions
  • Clinician Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, medical professionals, and healthcare institutions. Understand their needs, challenges, and clinical workflows.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest advancements in molecular biology, particularly those relevant to clinical applications, and become an expert on the company's clinical products.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations to clinicians in various hospital departments, showcasing how the rapid syndromic testing products can improve patient care and clinical outcomes
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement a specialized business development strategy focused on the clinical market, with a focus on patient care and clinical quality. Keep the overview about the sales territory in terms of understanding the risks and opportunities and market acceptance trend related to rapid molecular syndromic testing
  • Coordinate hospital-wide education in order to develop demand and to increase prescription of rapid molecular syndromic testing

Our requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field like biology, molecular biology, healthcare administration ,nursing, PharmD, or similar experience of healthcare required with experience in hospital based clinical process implementation
  • Strong clinical background – laboratory process experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with infectious disease diagnosis, treatment and/or microbiology/virology methods is desirable.
  • Ability to travel (80%)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, particularly in the life sciences sector with a focus on clinical applications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital environment
  • Willingness to demonstrate clinical value of our products in coordination with business workforce
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, tailored to the clinical audience
  • Act as a team to put in place the expected synergy actions with strong problem solving
  • Curiosity and continuous learning spirit
  • Willingness to travel as needed to visit clinicians and attend clinical conferences and events.
  • Driving license cat. B
  • Fluent English
