A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Compliance Process Automation Specialist for Processes & Tools, you will play a crucial role in converting process requirements into effective tools, collaborating closely with global compliance teams to enhance our compliance system. Your tasks will involve leading the digitalization and automation of processes, identifying and planning compliance processes within key projects. Your role will focus on developing new tools, applications, process automation, and visualization, along with their implementation and associated change management. You will act as a connection with IT and external service providers.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • You are in charge of transforming process requirements into tools, collaborating with global compliance colleagues to continuously enhance Siemens Energy's compliance system.
  • You will steer the digitalization and automation of processes at Siemens Energy and participate in relevant projects to identify and design compliance processes.
  • You will engage in projects involving new tools, applications, process automation, and visualization, including their implementation and the related change management.
  • You will serve as a contact point for IT and external service providers.
  • You will be part of the global team and have the chance to participate in regular Compliance activities across Eastern Europe.
What You Bring
  • A degree in business administration, law, industrial engineering, IT management, or a related field, or an equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • in project and process management, combined with professional exposure to Compliance areas such as export control or data privacy.
  • Proficiency in English (C1)
  • , both spoken and written. Knowledge of German and/or other languages is advantageous.
  • Experience with Tableau, SQL, or Javascript is a bonus, but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional ability to understand and analyze complex technical and legal situations, simplify intricate information, and transform it into actionable solutions.
  • A team-oriented individual with high intercultural sensitivity, facilitating smooth operations in diverse environments.
  • Ability to work autonomously, adapt quickly, be creative, and welcome new ideas.About the team
