Your Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and monitoring of deployed applications within complex server farms
  • Design of administration tools for workflow automation
  • Accountability for the smooth operation of applications in our HR cloud Troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Participation in projects Coordination of service providers
  • Working with an ISAE-certified ticketing system

Your Profile:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and strong customer and service orientation
  • No completed vocational training is required for this position; we also welcome applicants with relevant experience, even those entering the field from a different background.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and PowerShell Knowledge of Active Directory and/or Group Policy Objects is advantageous
  • Experience with Citrix Xen-App is desirable
  • Well-structured work style and strong communication skills
  • Team spirit
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken
