Junior Lawyer

We are seeking a Junior Lawyer for our Poznań office to join the ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center team.

Your future team:

You will be part of the ROCKWOOL Group Legal and Compliance team, collaborating closely with local legal counsels and compliance managers across the ROCKWOOL group to support the business in over 20 legal areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks outlined in the contract management system,
• Oversee the stream of standard corporate agreements and other documentation following ROCKWOOL governance standards, including a new corporate legal archive for all ROCKWOOL Group subsidiaries,
• Offer ongoing general business and legal counsel to ROCKWOOL Group subsidiaries,
• Aid in developing and adjusting ROCKWOOL Group policies and procedures,
• Assist in contract review and drafting along with business or corporate documents,
• Conduct research, manage, and track existing contractual or legal obligations while ensuring compliance,
• Engage in active legal monitoring of legal updates and new regulations,
• Provide continuous support to the international legal team,
• Handle administrative and organizational duties.

Requirements:

• Law Master's degree,
• 1-4 years' post-graduate experience,
• Prior involvement in the legal department of a multinational company or globally oriented legal firm would be advantageous,
• Proficient in spoken and written English,
• Natural communicator who can simplify and engage others in complex legal matters, regardless of the audience,
• Well-organized, meticulous, and diligent in your work ethic.
