Your future team: 

You will be part of the international ROCKWOOL Group Legal and Compliance team that works closely with all local legal counsels and compliance managers throughout the ROCKWOOL group and supports the business within 20+ legal areas of responsibility.

What you will be doing: 

You will be responsible for managing legal tasks and providing support across our global the ROCKWOOL group in accordance with governance standards.

More specifically, you will: 

Perform tasks set out in the contract management system,

Manage the workflow of standard corporate agreements and other documentation in accordance with ROCKWOOL governance standards including new corporate legal archive for all subsidiaries of ROCKWOOL Group,

Provide on-going general business and legal advice to subsidiaries of ROCKWOOL Group,

Assist in the creation and adaptations of ROCKWOOL Group policies and procedures,

Assist in the review and drafting contracts and business or corporate documents,

Research, manage and track existing contractual or legal obligations, including ensuring compliance with such obligations,

Take part in active legal monitoring on legal news and new regulations,

Provide on-going support and assistance to the international legal team,

Manage administrative and organizational tasks.

What you bring: 

Master’s degree in law,

1-4 years’ post-graduate experience, 

Prior experience in the legal department of a multinational company or a globally oriented legal firm, would be a plus,

Fluent spoken and written English,

Natural communicator, able to convey complicated legal matters simply and engagingly, regardless of the audience,

Well-organized, thorough and diligent in your work approach.

ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center located in Poznań opened in 2016 with 27 employees. Today we are more than 450 employees and still expanding.
