Dla naszego klienta, międzynarodowej firmy FMCG (produkcja i dystrybucja), poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Reporting Manager. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie raportować do CFO i będzie odpowiedzialna za zarządzanie procesami księgowymi i raportowymi (raportowanie do grupy) w przedsiębiorstwie.

Poszukujemy osoby, która bardzo dobrze zna język angielski i ma doświadczenie w pracy w międzynarodowej firmie / korporacji, wymagającej współpracy z grupą.

Opis stanowiska:

  • Zarządzanie obszarem księgowości i raportowania w międzynarodowej firmie produkcyjno – dystrybucyjnej z branży FMCG
  • Zarządzanie zespołem (około 10 osób)
  • Odpowiedzialność za raportowanie do grupy wg IFRS bilans, cash flow, zapasy, należności, zobowiązania)
  • Odpowiedzialność za sprawozdanie finansowe firmy
  • Odpowiedzialność za deklaracje podatkowe
  • Odpowiedzialność za terminowe zamknięcia cykliczne
  • Usprawnianie procesów
  • Współpraca z instytucjami zewnętrznymi m.in. z audytorami czy US

Oczekiwania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe (np. finanse, rachunkowość, ekonomia)
  • Doświadczenie w pracy na stanowisku Głównej Księgowej / Głównego Księgowego / Reporting Manager / Head of Accounting
  • Doświadczenie w pracy wg IFRS
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w międzynarodowej organizacji (w pierwszej kolejności rozważane będą kandydatki i kandydaci z doświadczeniem w firmach produkcyjnych)
  • Bardzo dobra wiedza z zakresu rachunkowości finansowej oraz podatków
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Mile widziane certyfikaty takie jak ACCA i/lub Biegły Rewident
  • Odpowiedzialność i terminowość
