Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Współpraca z Zarządcą Nieruchomości, księgowością i kontrolingiem,
  • Przygotowywanie raportów windykacyjnych, wezwań do zapłaty i przypomnień dla najemców,
  • Kontakt z najemcami w sprawach windykacyjnych,
  • Przygotowywanie raportów z realizacji budżetu OPEX,
  • Współtworzenie budżetów OPEX,
  • Weryfikacja i administracja faktur kosztowych,
  • Wystawianie faktur dla najemców,
  • Zarządzanie danymi związanych z umowami najmu i wprowadzanie danych do systemu SAP,
  • Przygotowywanie kalkulacji zabezpieczeń umów najmu,
  • Kalkulacja waloryzacji stawek czynszu,
  • Przygotowywanie comiesięcznych raportów zarządczych,
  • Nadzór nad korespondencją i archiwizacja dokumentacji.

Nasze wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (mile widziane uzyskane na kierunkach ekonomicznych),
  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy w finansach w branży nieruchomości,
  • Znajomość procesu wystawiania faktur,
  • Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, w szczególności Excela,
  • Dobra organizacja pracy własnej,
  • Samodzielność w działaniu,
  • Znajomość programu SAP będzie dodatkowym atutem.
