About the position:

Joining the Service Delivery team, your role will involve close collaboration with a prominent cloud service provider as an integral part of their sales facilitation unit, focusing on crafting compelling pitches and formulating responses to proposals for their clientele. You will closely collaborate with your Pod lead, subject matter experts (SMEs), and the client's sales teams to develop impactful pitches and proposal responses tailored to each specific end client's needs.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to pinpoint solution areas and create sales pitch decks
  • Grasping the client's requirements and producing insightful presentations through thorough industry research and analysis
  • Devising solutions, identifying winning themes, and assessing value propositions to craft compelling sales presentations
  • Developing pitch decks with strong sales narratives for cloud services spanning various industry sectors
  • Overseeing bid response creation to bolster sales efforts
  • Conducting sales kick-off calls with sales teams and stakeholders to establish a bid traceability matrix, working in tandem with the designated bid team to ensure a prompt response delivery
  • Acquiring profound knowledge and expertise in vertical markets and cloud solutions
  • Conducting in-depth industry research in sectors like BFS, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Technology, among others
  • Guiding new analysts with research requests and setting up processes to streamline their workflows

Your qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English & French languages at a B2 level
  • Hands-on experience in cloud security, familiarity with cloud computing technologies, security best practices, and regulatory standards compliance
  • Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to deliver with confidence
  • Previous exposure to pre-sales/sales facilitation or marketing/digital marketing, preferably in the IT domain
  • Competency in G-Suite and PowerPoint
  • Background in solutioning, identification of winning themes, and value propositions for developing impactful sales presentations
  • Experience in storyboarding and overseeing bid responses (decks and/or RFX responses)
  • Aptitude for writing precisely, clearly, and persuasively
