For our long-standing client, we are looking for an Organizational Change Manager with proven experience in leading, developing, and executing OCM plans.

Your role Creating execution and communication strategies as needed to inform and empower the impacted audience to adopt IT-driven changes Cooperating with senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior change and compliance Providing effective communication campaigns addressing complex IT changes Identifying and implementing ways to simplify and streamline communications processes Advising on project portfolio and annual communication plans with optimal channel and media mix to keep IT and business groups informed Fulfilling end-to-end end-user communication and Change Management Strategy Your skills At least 4 years of experience in leading global change programs or IT solution adoption, ideally managing migration and decommissioning projects Experience in planning and the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions Knowledge of PROSCI Change Management Methodology Ability to engage and influence stakeholders in a challenging and global environment Skills in translating complex ideas into understandable and consumable bits of information, creating the necessary communication support material Fluency in English
