  • fundusz na rozwój, konsultacje z psycholożką, dofinansowanie do karty Multisport i sprzętu potrzebnego do pracy;

Twoje zadania:

  • bieżąca obsługa transakcji finansowych: realizacja przelewów, weryfikacja rozliczeń zaliczkowych, opisywanie faktur i przekazywanie całej dokumentacji finansowej do księgowości;
  • wsparcie przy budżetowaniu i rozliczaniu grantów;
  • analiza, rozliczanie i racjonalizacja kosztów w organizacji;
  • sporządzenie raportów oraz analiz finansowych;
  • optymalizacja procesów i wdrażanie nowych rozwiązań w Dziale Finansów;
  • udział w innych projektach o charakterze finansowym;
  • ścisła współpraca z Zarządem, CFO, Payroll Specialistką i Office Managerką.

Poszukiwane kompetencje i postawy:

  • doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku albo brak doświadczenia, chęci do nauki i status studenta_ki/absolwenta_ki finansów i rachunkowości czy ekonomii;
  • znajomość podstawowych zagadnień z zakresu rachunkowości i finansów;
  • zaawansowana obsługa Excel i Google Sheets;
  • otwartość na naukę nowych programów i poszerzanie swoich kompetencji;
  • głębokie zainteresowanie tematami związanymi z finansami i chęć rozwoju w tym kierunku;
  • zaangażowanie, inicjatywa oraz wysokie zdolności komunikacyjne;
  • odpowiedzialność, sumienność, terminowość i umiejętność organizacji pracy własnej;
  • wysoka samodzielność umożliwiająca pracę w małym zespole;
  • łatwość w szukaniu usprawnień i optymalizacji procesów;
  • umiejętności analityczne, pracy z danymi oraz prezentowania wniosków zespołowi i Zarządowi;
  • ścisła współpraca z Zarządem, CFO, Payroll Specialistką i Office Managerką.
