For one of our Clients - a company from the SSC sector with an office located in Gdańsk, we are looking for PTP Accounant.


The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that supplier's invoices are processed and paid on timely manner in accordance with defined quality standards.

Zadania

- processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- assuring invoice compliance with tax/legal rules and accounting standards
- resolving issues regarding accounts payable processes
- payment processing
- ensuring use of correct VAT rates and exemptions
- reconciling supplier statements
- vendor and GL accounts reconciliation
- contacting internal partners from different countries to obtain required information/approvals
- making sure that incoming queries are handled in a professional and timely manner
- taking an active part in creating and keeping process documentation up to date
- identifying process improvements initiatives and actively taking part in the implementation
- training and sharing knowledge with other team members
- active participation in business meetings
- making sure agreed KPIs are on the required level
- supporting month end closing activities

Oczekujemy

- good understanding of PTP Accounts Payable process
- understanding of general VAT rules
- minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
- good knowledge of English - minimum B2 level
- experience in working with the ERP systems, preferably SAP
- good command of Excel
- proactivity, problem-solving attitude
- presenting level of commitment, responsibility, ownership
- capable to adjust to the situation
- enhancing of cross team cooperation

- ability to understand stakeholders'/business partners' needs
