Scope of duties:

  • Assisting and serving as a point of contact in the creation of purchase requisitions,
  • Scrutinizing obstructed invoices tied to procurement, ensuring timely rectifications,
  • Collaborating closely with the finance department, designated strategic buyers, and suppliers,
  • Establishing new vendor relationships,
  • Liaising with internal counterparts across various regions to gather necessary information and approvals,
  • Ensuring prompt and professional handling of incoming inquiries,
  • Actively participating in the maintenance of up-to-date process documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in AP/PtP,
  • Good command of Excell,
  • Basic understanding of procurement process,
  • English allowing business communication,
  • Working knowledge of SAP,
  • Other European languages skills (nice to have.
