Your responsibilities, Gathering, defining, and documenting business & functional specifications to provide clear understanding of the needs of Business and Operational teams for development and implementation of DLC IT., Participation in User Acceptance Testing with IT and Business, managing roll-out of new processes, systems, or tools until operational handover., Conducting analysis on business data, including trading and financial figures, and formulate findings to propose meaningful actions., Collaborating closely with IT departments in Axpo and work according to established, internal business analysis frameworks., Supporting various international business projects throughout the project lifecycle from specification to implementation., Liaising with key stakeholders across the DLC to ensure efficient development of DLC IT., Assisting the Mid Office department in ensuring that DLC processes are well documented, updated, and maintained whenever new tools are introduced or changes are made to existing tools., Driving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
University degree in STEM, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field., Post-graduate education in product, project management (agile and waterfall methodologies), or business analysis would be an advantage., At least 2-3 years of experience as Business Analyst for Digital Projects in the banking, finance, or energy sector., Strong expertise in technical analysis and design of business and functional requirements in a complex organization with multiple stakeholders., Understanding of technology, including software development methodologies, databases, and programming languages., Experience with large multi-linked IT systems., ETRM systems knowledge is an advantage., Experience using Atlassian software (JIRA, Confluence) is an advantage., Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a variety of stakeholders, collaborate efficiently, and resolve conflicts., Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach., Business results driven, effective team player with a strong sense of customer orientation., Fluent in English and Polish language in spoken and written form.
