Job Description :
As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, with a focus on maximising the value of Salesforce for the organisation

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, objectives, and challenges, and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Salesforce.
  • Conducting workshops, interviews, and user surveys to gather and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Analysing and documenting current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
  • Working closely with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to design and implement custom solutions, configurations, and workflows that align with business needs and objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, and test plans, to support the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce solutions.
  • Providing training and support to end users, assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT), and facilitating change management activities to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to prioritise and manage Salesforce enhancement requests, bug fixes, and new feature development projects.

Profile / Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Business Analyst, with experience working with Salesforce in a business analysis capacity.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is preferred; familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization is required.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and process mapping techniques.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and proficiency in using project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good English skills suited for an international working environment.
  • Valid EU work permit.
