Role: Salesforce TPM Planning (remotely)

Client: global consulting for helping companies navigate business transformation through innovative enterprise solutions. Leveraging our skilled, global workforce, established partnerships, deep consulting expertise, and the Client's Solution Center Network, they deliver global solutions that matter. We are looking for a Revenue Growth Management Functional Analyst who will be Working closely with Client's Key Customers in the Revenue Growth Management area as key expert of Solution, assuring the best end-to-end experience and service delivery. Your key role will be to configuration of system based on the customer needs Leading the deployments of RGM applications making sure that projects are done in scope and accurately. Working closely with the Project Management to control budget and timeframe and with Functional Lead to understand configuration needs.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible to understand and document business requirements towards TPM solution.
  • Be responsible for Salesforce CG Cloud TPM solution configuration.
  • Present Salesforce TPM configuration options to solve for business requirements.
  • Understand and configure data flows within TPM ecosystem: Salesforce TPM, SAP ERP, Demand Planning, Reporting 
  • Work directly with product managers, product owners and business users to test and accept solution configurations.
  • Work with user experience designers on UX/UI configuration of Salesforce TPM platform.
  • Gather user feedback on solution design and configuration.
  • Work withing multinational environment supporting global transformation program across global geographies.

Experience/requirements:

  • 3 years of Salesforce CG cloud experience – Salesforce TPM preferably, other acceptable – Retail Execution or Sales Cloud CRM.
  • System configuration .
  • Integration/data flow design .
  • UX/UI configuration .
  • Experience working with sales and trade management users and stakeholders. 
  • Experience working in large scale programs/transformations and multicultural environment. 
  • Proficiency in English (German , French, Polish a plus ).
  • Ability to work US East Coast hours.
  • Travel - 20% per year.
