Twoje zadania:

  • Projektowanie ulepszeń i procesów biznesowych dla efektywności operacyjnej.
  • Ocenę funkcjonalności Salesforce i tworzenie planów wdrożeniowych.
  • Tworzenie i utrzymanie systemów biznesowych, w tym dostosowywanie narzędzi.
  • Codzienne wsparcie użytkowników Salesforce, rozwiązywanie problemów.
  • Zarządzanie profilami, regułami bezpieczeństwa i przepływem pracy.
  • Tworzenie kompleksowej dokumentacji użytkowej Salesforce.
  • Identyfikacja i rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych.
  • Dostosowywanie obiektów, układów stron, raportów i pulpitów nawigacyjnych.
  • Administracja procesami mobilnymi, e-mail i monitorowanie jakości danych.

Wymagania:

  • Tytuł licencjata lub inżyniera w dziedzinie technologii lub pokrewnej.
  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w obszarze CRM.
  • Znajomość zaawansowana Excela i pakietu MS Office.
  • Umiejętność realnej oceny czasu zadań i efektywne ich priorytetyzowanie.
  • Doświadczenie w profesjonalnym zarządzaniu danymi.
  • Zrozumienie zaawansowane baz danych i narzędzi integracji.
  • Wybitne umiejętności komunikacyjne.
  • Samodzielność w działaniu oraz zdolność do efektywnej współpracy zespołowej.
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego.
