Responsibilities

Do you want to join a client-centric team, working on innovative projects based on new technologies? Société Générale Global Solution Center Poland as new, growing area of the SG Warsaw Branch is currently looking for a Functional Support Analyst.

Credit Portfolio Management (CPM) team is an autonomous feature team working on the CPM application following the SCRUM agile methodology. Our division oversees the development and management of information systems related to structured finance activities alongside teams in other main locations: India (Bangalore) and France (Paris) to fulfil the data ambitions of SGCIB.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Troubleshooting problems with application development and usage Responding to the End Users in adherence with the SLA Process Supporting L1 & L2 independently and in cooperation with other team members Actively communicating with developers and Business in an international environment Reporting problems and escalating to management as needed Participating in testing processes’ automation Improving functional knowledge on all new and old CPM features

Profile required

Studies & experience:

Background in banking or capital markets domains 4+ years of experience in a similar role

Language skills:

Fluency in English Communicative French would be an asset

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

Practical knowledge of Unity tools and the ITIL framework and its main processes Experience in SQL (Oracle), JIRA (ticketing tool), and MS Office Applied understanding of API’s and services as well as Autosys tool Good communication skills with ability to clearly communicate to End Users Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude Self-motivated and proactive Ability to manage and prioritize own workload
