Bezpośrednio będziesz raportować do naszego CTO - Michała Misiaka.

responsibilities : Prowadzenie projektów w zależności od ich charakteru w metodyce Agile/Scrum (przeważające) lub Kanban w szczególności: wybór developerów do zespołu, dekompozycję projektu razem z zespołem od strony technicznej oraz organizacyjnej/planistycznej.

Doradztwo i nadzór nad zaproponowaną przez zespół developerski architekturą.

Zapewnienie terminowego dostarczenia oprogramowania na produkcję.

Rozumienie i stosowanie definition of ready/done.

Ocena i zarządzanie ryzykami oraz krytycznymi aspektami prowadzoanych projektów.

Ścisła współpraca z zespołem Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Product Ownerem i Product Managerem.

Wykorzystanie narzędzi ze stajni Atlassian

Jira i Confluence).

requirements-expected : Znajomość PHP, Java Script lub Pythona.

Wiedza techniczna i doświadczenie w software development w szczególności SDLC.

Umiejętność rozumienia, kreacji i modyfikacji architektury systemów chmurowych.

Doświadczenie w definiowaniu miar produktywności i efektywności procesu produkcji oprogramowania.

Kilkuletnie doświadczenie w podobnej roli, najlepiej w firmie produktowej idealnie dostarczającej oprogramowanie w modelu Saa S.

Zorientowanie na rozwój i realizację celów.

Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne.

Znajomość i doświadczenie w zarządzaniu ryzykiem.

Zdolność do rozwiązywania problemów i znajdowania innowacyjnych rozwiązań.
