People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Senior Android Developer with Kotlin.

Your duties will include:

  • You will work remotely in a mixed team of People More specialists and client people.
  • You will work in an international environment, in English. The projects are extremely interesting
  • You will be in constant communication with the team
  • Both the client and ourselves place great emphasis on the free flow of information and support between team members. This makes the work effective and enjoyable.
  • The main tasks you will be involved in are: developing and implementation high quality application based on product specifications, collaborate with frontend and backend developers to implement technical requirements, creating self-contained, reusable, and testable code, and continuously improving development processes
  • As part of our team, you will be working in one of the most exciting and key areas of technology, with endless opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements that must be met:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Kotlin/Android development
  • Proficiency in following technologies: Kotlin, Android operating system, Git
  • Knowledge of English and Polish at B2 level or above to communicate freely with the client and the team, and ideally experience of working in international teams
  • Openness and good cooperation with the team you are joining
  • Description of your projects and scope of responsibility
  • Passion for programming, love of data processing :)
  • Independence, but also the ability to work in a team
  • German language skills are also a big advantage
