RESPONSIBILITIES

This position plays a vital role in Coty Global Business Services Finance Operations Team, ensuring operational excellence and seamless delivery for Accounts Receivables domain managed by a Business Processing Outsourcing partner worldwide.

The Accounts Receivables Operations Expert oversees the operations of the Business Process Outsourcing Partner directly, acting as a key contact for local market CFOs, LECs, Finance Business Partners & Regional Leads globally, collaborating with the Global Business Services Transformation and GPO team on process enhancements and transformations.

Your key focus:

  • Drive the operational agenda of BPO and hold them responsible for operational delivery
  • Monitor operational reporting and collaborate closely with BPO on root cause analyses and operational enhancements
  • Assist in resolving escalations raised by local FBPs/Regional Leads to achieve fair, evidence-based outcomes and clear next steps
  • Offer insights to GPOs and country FBPs, regional leads on any new projects impacting BPO from an Ops perspective, provide perspectives on OPS (new scope, de-scope, and expansion of existing scope)
  • Establish a strong and transparent relationship with BPO, Local Markets, Regional Leads, supporting/driving their areas of concern as necessary

The operations team comprises 6 professionals, and you will collaborate closely with various departments such as the finance community (AR local market representatives, our SSC AR operation teams & the Legal entity controllers, market CFO's, Customer Service teams, IT).

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You have a genuine passion for beauty. As an experienced Business Services AR Capability Expert, you thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and global environment. Additionally, you possess:

  • Extensive experience in finance and accounting within shared services or BPO setting
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end AR processes and operations, best practices, and improvement facilitators
  • Familiarity with multiple tools and methodologies, and proficient in financial and ERP systems, particularly SAP, HFM, High Radius
  • Challenge the existing norms, identify new opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, build robust business relationships through effective communication, networking, and negotiation skills across all levels of the organization globally
  • Self-driven to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, with keen attention to detail and results-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adept at handling ambiguity, understanding connections, and driving solutions, demonstrating creative thinking and sound business judgment
  • Capable of operating in an international business environment, with advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written) being essential
  • Willingness to travel when necessary
