ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us at Wella and be part of our dynamic team. As an Initiative Planning Senior Planner, you will oversee projects related to launching new products and enhancing existing ones. Your role is crucial in ensuring successful coordination across different functions for project execution.

Be a key player in the Global Supply Chain Planning Team at Wella, where we focus on delivering top-quality products to our customers. Collaborate with teams from various backgrounds, influence decisions on service, cost, and innovation, and work in a diverse environment where excellence is the norm.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Set SAP planning parameters for new product creation.
  • Ensure timely production planning by maintaining forecast visibility in the JDA system.
  • Monitor material availability closely with Planning Teams for initial production.
  • Provide regular updates to Business Units regarding new product availability risks or delays.
  • Analyze monthly reports to optimize conversion dates and manage excess and obsolete items effectively.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and oversee projects from a Supply Chain perspective.
  • Keep Supply Chain Leaders informed about project status, risks, and mitigation plans.

  • Hold a university degree or possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in Supply Chain.
  • Have proficiency in written and spoken English and mastery of MS Office tools.
  • (nice-to-have) Familiarity with SAP & JDA systems.
