Marketing Analysis Specialist

Here we have an exciting opportunity for you - the role of Marketing Analysis Specialist at Coty. Joining Coty means being part of a leading company in the beauty industry, where you'll work with renowned brands like Rimmel, Bourjois, Max Factor, adidas, and David Beckham fragrances. You'll be part of a supportive environment that offers various local projects and tools for your professional development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyzing online buzz data, retail audit data, and internal sell-out data to identify patterns and correlations between influencer marketing activities and business results
  • Tracking corporate goals execution in the advocacy area with monthly reporting to senior management and the marketing team
  • Identifying sales-driving communication trends in influencer marketing based on available data sources
  • Providing recommendations on best influencer marketing practices that drive sell-out, market share, and ROI
  • Offering sell-out data for pre- and post-evaluation dashboards for influencer marketing activities
  • Supervising local cooperation with a global social listening agency
  • Cooperating with global and local stakeholders to introduce tools ensuring efficient data flow to the influencer marketing global tracking system

  • You have proficient knowledge of MS Excel

  • You have experience in marketing, market research, media, or advertising
  • You are proficient in Polish and English languages
