RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Category Management Specialist to join our HQ in Warsaw. 

 

Your main focus: 

•    Preparation and update of listing recommendation (Target Listing) for all main Coty’s customers for dedicated categories, including portfolio ranking 
•    Supervision of Target Listing implementation and execution with cooperation with Key Account Managers for dedicated categories
•    Preparation and update of merchandising standards for dedicated categories 
•    Drive Perfect Store Score (including effectiveness analysis) for dedicated categories 
•    Creating plans / concepts for category development in the area of assortment optimization, product location on the shelf, merchandising in cooperation with the Marketing and Customer Marketing Department
•    Preparation of Nielsen and Focus regular reports 
•    Support for Category Manager in coordinating shopper research for key clients, developing recommendations and presenting them to clients

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

•    1-2 years of experience in analytical role in category management / sales support / insight team or other similar role
•    Highly developed analytical skills (demonstrated skills in analyzing data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations)
•    Good knowledge of consumer goods industry incl. consumer & shopper macro trends, market structure and trends, shopping mission etc.
•    Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong organization and prioritization skills
•    Proficiency in computer applications (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
•    JDA/Spaceman, Nielsen Answers „NielsenIQ Discover” as an asset 
•    Fluency in Polish and English (communication and presentations)
