Come join our team as a Recruiter. This role involves end-to-end talent acquisition, such as:

  • Working closely with leaders throughout the company to grasp the workforce requirements in line with business strategies and operational plans.
  • Devising and executing sourcing processes and strategies that resonate with our Employer Value Proposition, attracting top talent in the market.
  • Promoting Diversity and inclusion and implementing a skills-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
  • Identifying and engaging passive talent, utilizing various sourcing channels.
  • Influencing leaders and collaborating with HR Business Partners to keep internal talent pools updated, tapping into these resources and encouraging internal moves whenever feasible.
  • Delivering exceptional candidate experiences from initiation to completion.
  • Offering comprehensive recruitment guidance to leaders, including market insights and candidate assessment.
  • Collaborating with leaders and HR Business Partners on job offers, ensuring alignment with our compensation policies.

What's needed for success: This presents a great opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to expand and refine their skills in a role where they can truly shine.

  • You should have experience as a recruiter from an agency and/or internal background, eager to handle roles across the spectrum from frontline to senior specialist positions.
  • Possess outstanding communication skills, excellent stakeholder management, and a knack for building relationships - a true people-person.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, a determination to maximize system usage, and maintain precise employee and candidate records.
  • To excel in this role, you must be business-savvy, adept at connecting people and ideas, and someone who inspires others through your daily interactions.
  • Find solutions efficiently, add value to internal clients through positivity, resilience, and enthusiasm, making yourself invaluable to our leaders.
  • Show flexibility in your thinking and approach, embrace continuous learning, and believe in the value of everyone.
  • Have a full professional level of German proficiency (oral and written).
