W zespole Data Intelligence Solutions dostarczamy usługi z zakresu opracowywania strategii wykorzystania danych, wdrożenia platformy danych, rozwiązań Business Intelligence (BI) oraz zarządzania ładem danych (data governance). Na rynku wyróżnia nas nie tylko najwyższa jakość dostarczanych rozwiązań pod względem technologicznym, ale także wiedza i doświadczenie biznesowe w kształtowaniu aplikacji BI i systemów raportowania. Projekty realizujemy dla Klientów z różnych branż, usprawniając procesy zarządzania danymi i raportowania informacji zarządczej w ramach funkcji sprzedaży, marketingu, produkcji, logistyki, finansów, zakupów, HR i wielu innych.

Obowiązki:

  • Analiza potrzeb klienta w zakresie zarządzania ładem danych oraz ocena dojrzałości istniejących zasad i procesów według wybranej metodyki
  • Opracowywanie modeli operacyjnych data governance (struktura organizacyjna, przebieg procesu, zasady współpracy, wykorzystywana technologia), w tym zarządzania danymi podstawowymi
  • Definiowanie polityk i procedur data governance
  • Opracowywanie planów wdrożenia zasad data governance, biorąc pod uwagę specyfikę organizacji
  • Definiowanie reguł w zakresie monitorowania jakości danych (na poziomie systemów transakcyjnych lub platformy danych)
  • Doradztwo i udział w projektach wdrożenia technologii wspierającej zarządzanie danymi jak Microsoft Purview
  • Prowadzenie warsztatów biznesowych z klientami, a także szkoleń i prezentacji
  • Opracowywanie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji projektowej
  • Nadzór nad kompletnością i poprawnością wypracowywanych rozwiązań
  • Ścisła współpraca z właścicielem biznesowym, kierownikiem projektu, ekspertami obszarów biznesowych w celu efektywnej realizacji projektów
  • Udział w aktywnościach marketingowych i sprzedażowych KPMG w zakresie tematyki data governance, w tym wsparcie w przygotowywaniu propozycji dla potencjalnych klientów

Wymagania:

  • 2 lata doświadczenia zawodowego na podobnym stanowisku w firmie doradczej lub w ramach wewnętrznego zespołu odpowiedzialnego za zarządzanie danymi w firmie
  • Znajomość zasad zarządzania danymi, na przykład wg DAMA
  • Znajomość funkcjonalności narzędzi wspierających zarządzanie danymi, na przykład Microsoft Purview lub Collibra
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z klientem w zakresie identyfikacji i analizy wymagań oraz w prowadzeniu warsztatów biznesowych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy
  • Umiejętności miękkie w zakresie komunikacji z klientem i członkami zespołu projektowego, prezentacji, efektywnego przeprowadzania warsztatów

Dodatkowe atuty kandydatów:

  • Doświadczenie w firmie doradczej w obszarach związanych z analityką danych, architekturą IT lub pokrewnymi
  • Certyfikat potwierdzający wiedzę w zakresie data governance lub w trakcie certyfikacji
  • Znajomości funkcjonalności narzędzi wspierających zarządzanie danymi podstawowymi, na przykład Informatica lub Tibco
