In this dynamic role, you will be the cornerstone of our customer experience, providing seamless multi-channel support through phone, email, and live chat. As a vital member of our team, you'll not only process orders and maintain customer data but also expertly handle inquiries and complaints with efficiency and finesse. Working in a vibrant multinational environment, you will collaborate across departments, forging strong connections with Sales, Operations, and Finance. As a Customer Service Representative, you play a pivotal role in influencing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships, contributing significantly to the renowned high-level service that defines RS.

Answer inbound calls and provide real-time support on Live Chat and via e-mail.

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

Fluent level of Polish language and good command of written and spoken English Experience in dealing with customers either face-to-face or via phone Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to the changing environment Ability to work under time pressure Computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage)
