Zakres zadań:

przygotowanie wymagań biznesowych związanych z rozwojem i utrzymaniem Korporacyjnej Hurtowni Danych - EDW w zakresie wybranego obszaru tematycznego (CRM, AI)

analiza procesów biznesowych związanych z przepływem danych do zasilania EDW;

analiza danych w systemach źródłowych pod kątem rozwoju hurtowni EDW;

przygotowanie dokumentacji dotyczącej rozwojuEDW;

proponowanie zmian w modelu struktur dedykowanych;

przygotowanie prototypowania danych;

uczestnictwo w testach pod kątem ich zgodności z zamówieniem ze strony klienta wewnętrznego;

planowanie prac zgodnie z regułami Agile (roczne, kwartalne, sprinty, releasy);

proponowanie optymalizacji pod względem jakości, terminowości, efektywności prac w ramach swojego Squadu;

współpraca z Product Ownerem i zespołem w zakresie ustalania priorytetów wykonywanych prac w ramach Squadu;

przygotowanie i aktualizacja roadmapy prac rozwojowych.

Wymagania:

wiedza z zakresu obsługi/budowy rozwiązań prowadzenia kampanii marketingowych, uczenia i wykorzystania modeli lub praktyczna znajomość ryzyka głównie kredytowego lub finansów w obszarze bankowości lub innych pokrewnych;

praktyczna znajomość SQL, budowy struktur relacyjnych baz danych, i podstaw inżynierii oprogramowania;

praktyczna znajomość Oracle, SQL;

znajomość JIRA, Confluence;

ogólna znajomość produktów bankowych z zakresu klientów detalicznych i MSP;

umiejętność analizy procesów biznesowych, tworzenia i zbierania wymagań;

umiejętność myślenia procesowego i analitycznego;

umiejętność przygotowania dokumentacji dotyczącej modelowania procesów;

wiedza z zakresu analizy danych oraz znajomość narzędzi i technik wspomagających analizę biznesową;

duża samodzielność w pracy;

otwartość na zmiany i aktywna postawa w podejmowaniu wyzwań.
