Kluczowe zadania:

Zakładanie oraz modyfikacje instrumentów finansowych Efektywna funkcja wprowadzania danych mająca na celu gwarancję, jakości i zgodności danych Terminowa i efektywna realizacja wszystkich czynności kontrolnych wynikających z procesów kontrolnych jednostki Efektywna współpraca z innymi Departamentami w celu świadczenia wysokiej jakości usługWspółpraca z pracownikami z innych regionów na poziomie globalnym w celu rozwiązania problemów Identyfikowanie, analiza, sprawdzanie poprawności, wprowadzanie i obsługa danych klientów w aplikacjach wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych Identyfikacja i realizacja projektów operacyjnych, związanych z doświadczeniem klienta i regulacyjnych związanych z procesem Onboardingu. Udział w projektach optymalizacyjnych w obszarze COS Praca w systemie zmianowym, mająca na celu wsparcie rynków Europejskich, i Amerykańskich - 9:00 - 17:00 oraz 16:00 - 00:00

Kwalifikacje:

Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (w mowie i w piśmie) – praca w jezyku angielskim Umiejętność pracy zespołowej Efektywność oraz zaangażowanie w pracę Doświadczenie w pracy z klientem oraz profesjonalna obsługa klienta
