The DRO Learning and Development Lead position requires someone to be part of a global team responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering training and procedures for Citi's Data & Regulatory Operations (DRO) organization.

The role involves focusing on process change, policy, and Series 99 functions for various teams within the organization including Entity Data Management, Accounts Control, Securities and Pricing, and Client Onboarding.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a Global Training Framework to identify learning requirements and goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design training curricula and materials.
  • Drive projects to improve learning and development best practices.
  • Conduct training assessments and identify needs for policy and non-regulatory changes.
  • Support Book of Work projects related to training design and implementation.
  • Streamline and standardize learning processes.
  • Create various training outputs tailored for different roles.
  • Identify and close gaps in procedures and training.
  • Ensure staff is well-equipped with necessary process knowledge.
  • Track all learning events and generate detailed reports.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in managing large-scale training programs.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in training design and development.
  • Desirable to have 3-5 years' Operations/back-office experience in the Banking industry.
  • Experience in business partnering and providing support services internally.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills required.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills both one-on-one and in groups.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexible with global working hours as needed.
