TALENT MANAGEMENT & LEARNING DEVELOPMENT PROCESS SPECIALIST

Position Purpose:

Ensure the efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders in alignment with agreed Service Level Targets.

The Talent and Learning Specialist role involves offering end-to-end services to address employee requirements across all P&C functions while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This includes:

  • Maintaining data in all relevant systems within the GBS scope
  • Compiling reports
  • Facilitating communication within defined protocols
  • Supporting and advocating the myJTI deployment
  • Collaborating with the market to ensure GBS processes reflect current Learning and Development practices
  • Updating SOPs to accommodate system and process changes

What you will do – Responsibilities:

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Administering the Performance Management process in Success Factors
  • Creating/Updating and Releasing Talent Matrices
  • Providing administrative support for Talent Review Sessions
  • Managing Assessment platforms (SHL, Hogan, Korn Ferry, etc.)
  • Coordinating the Employee Engagement Survey and local pulse surveys on an external platform
  • Establishing and overseeing JTI mentorship programs in MentorcliQ
  • Supporting the Top Employer Certification
  • Managing accesses and analyzing utilization of JTI Global Digital Learning platforms
  • Maintaining local Learning Catalogues in Success Factors and managing employee enrolment
  • Providing data and reports upon requests for Regional/Functional People & Culture Leads and Local/Corporate Agile Pools
  • Supporting the development needs of Strategic Pillars Leads when necessary
  • Addressing employee queries related to Talent Management and L&D
  • Running ad hoc and scheduled reports as needed
  • Defining, documenting, updating, and enhancing Service Operating Procedures related to Talent and Learning processes while conducting essential data quality checks
  • Acting as an internal facilitator, trainer, or webinar support when required

Who we are looking for – Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a multinational organization in a comparable client service role; familiarity with Success Factors or other LMS systems is beneficial
  • Background in handling training administration and grasp of performance and learning cycles is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools is essential
  • Proven continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in business processes transition would be a valuable asset
  • Strong Customer Service Mindset and cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Knowledge of Lean / 6-Sigma/Operational Excellence methodologies would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English is required, knowledge of an additional language such as Portuguese is a plus
