Sportradar is currently experiencing significant business growth and is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to play a hands-on role in shaping and implementing our hiring strategies for the Delivery & Operations Division.

Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team - a group of multilingual recruiters who are enthusiastic about attracting and onboarding top talent for a rapidly expanding global organization.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Become the trusted TA Partner for our Delivery & Operations Division (across various locations)
  • Cultivate relationships and foster collaboration with senior and local leaders
  • Engage in hands-on hiring activities for Engineering & Product roles
  • Take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Establish localized procedures and conduct training for teams and hiring managers
  • Implement a data-driven recruitment strategy and ensure alignment globally
  • Support initiatives for Employer Branding

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Extensive expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, and offer management for Engineering & Product positions
  • Results-oriented, proactive attitude. Thrive on overcoming challenges, willing to step out of your comfort zone, a creative thinker with a good sense of humor
  • Ability to handle high-pressure scenarios and manage workload effectively through prioritization
  • Self-motivated with a track record of surpassing performance targets
  • Willingness to provide backup support during team gaps
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, a positive demeanor, and high energy levels
  • Culturally aware and sensitive - we value our diverse workforce
  • Experience in building and sustaining internal relationships and advising senior management
  • Previous exposure to fast-paced, high-volume environments spanning multiple time zones
