LexisNexis Risk Solutions (LNRS) is seeking a top-notch Business Development Manager to join its team in Warsaw, Poland, to drive growth in the country.

Reporting to the Regional Director, as a Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with achieving New Business and Revenue targets by engaging with existing/prospective customers and showcasing the value of LNRS product suite in Poland within designated industries/verticals/named accounts.

You will strategize, plan, and implement sales campaigns to optimize revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset, be adept at scheduling and delivering LNRS solutions through various mediums like online demos, face-to-face meetings, and direct marketing.

The position will be based in our Warsaw office with occasional international travel when necessary and future prospects for career advancement in an international business.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships and high satisfaction levels with prospects and current customers to better comprehend their business, goals, and requirements.
  • Create account strategies for key prospects and customers to ensure effective management of opportunities aligned with expectations.
  • Achieve sales and renewal targets for new business in the assigned area.
  • Develop a strategic business plan, execute sales campaigns to boost market share, and maximize revenue growth.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts on performance against objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and informative prospect and customer records.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with all LNRS departments to meet customer expectations and fulfill agreed-upon objectives.
  • Deliver high customer satisfaction through a consultative sales approach.
  • Participate in conferences and exhibitions as needed to represent the LNRS team.
  • Share best practices across the sales team.
  • Stay updated on industry/market changes by engaging with customers, industry experts, partners, and conducting research to interpret and understand the impact of these changes on solutions.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert within the industry and promote the LNRS brand and yourself through social media channels and in-person events.

Experience required

  • Demonstrable 5+ years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Experience in selling Data, Technology, AML, Payments, or Fraud Solutions is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented team player with a successful sales track record.
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Time Management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer drivers and buying behaviors.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective account management plans.
  • Positive attitude and openness to change.
  • Fluent Polish (C2) and English - mandatory
