Logistics Team jest częścią działu operacyjnego - zespół jest odpowiedzialny za koordynowanie bieżącej współpracy z przewoźnikami, monitorowanie transportów oraz optymalizowanie procesów logistycznych.

Jak wyobrażamy sobie idealną osobę na to stanowisko?
  • Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku (min. 2 lata).
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Znajomość reguł Incoterms.
  • Wysokie umiejętności interpersonalne, duża transparentność i proaktywność w działaniu.
  • Zaradność oraz pozytywne nastawienie do codziennych wyzwań to Twoje mocne strony.
Dodatkowym atutem będzie:
  • Podstawowa znajomość zagadnień celnych.
  • Doświadczenie w branży e-commerce.
Do Twoich codziennych obowiązków będzie należało:
  • Koordynowanie zwrotów zamówień od klientów oraz reklamacji do przewoźników.
  • Bieżąca kontrola wysyłki oraz optymalizacja procesu.
  • Tworzenie raportów i analiz.
  • Weryfikowanie faktur i monitorowanie kosztów transportowych.
  • Stały kontakt z przewoźnikami.
  • Współpraca z działem obsługi klienta oraz wewnętrznym magazynem.
