This job is responsible for delivering commercial services for one or more segments across multiple geographies. As such, this person will be the MGS Commercial Services main point of contact for the Buying community in their assigned region and area of expertise providing process coordination and support within the scope of Indirects.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Act as a central point of contact in MCS for queries related to commercial processes. Depending on the area these are: Indirects P2P processes.
• Work to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the existing systems, processes & documentation (within the team as well as across Teams).
• Provide support to Buyers & requisitioners, other MGS departments and stakeholders.
• Work efficiently with a wide range of internal and external clients.
• Support Senior Specialists, Team Coordinators & Line Managers in operational scope and projects – when requested.
• Drive commercial processes and take part in team/cross-team projects within operational area.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert in responsibility.
• Track metrics and KPIs as defined in Commercial Service Catalogue.
• Provide compliance to commercial governance process in the areas of responsibility.
• Be engaged in additional activities such as Health Wellbeing, volunteering initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• University degree preferred in: Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, International Business and Procurement.
• 1 + year of professional experience in similar position. procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance departments.
• Good knowledge and understanding of core commercial/procurement competencies.
• Excellent communication and problem - solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and assess information quickly with strong attention to details.
• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative.
• Fluent English (any additional language is nice to have).
