Corporate Analyst Program

Fiserv's Corporate Analyst Program is a tailored early career development initiative offering participants two structured assignments within a specific track over a one-year period. These assignments are designed to provide a comprehensive experience in Financial Technology, customized to your strengths. We are seeking university graduates with ambitious career goals. The program aims to nurture the brightest talents as part of our future leadership, providing training, mentorship, on-the-job learning, and exposure to senior management. Successful completion offers the opportunity for career advancement within the organization. Candidates must have full work authorization without requiring future sponsorship.



What You Will Do:

If you aspire to work with strategic clients in the payment sector in the future, join Polcard at Fiserv.
We will train you on:

  • Managing relationships with corporate strategic clients
  • The process of acquiring, negotiating, and presenting offers to strategic clients (including international corporations)
  • Advanced payment solutions we provide
  • Understanding the competitive landscape in the payment sector
  • Developing comprehensive offers
  • Negotiating offer terms effectively with clients
  • Preparing impactful market research, reports, and presentations, among others


What You Need:

  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2026
  • Graduated this year (preferably from economics faculties)
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in Polish
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Intention to continue working with us post-program
