Rekrutujemy dla naszego Klienta, międzynarodowej firmy, poszukujemy odpowiednich osób na stanowisko: System Network Support Engineer.

Twój zakres obowiązków
- wsparcie techniczne dla klientów
- odpowiadanie na zapytania klientów zadane w formie ticketów w odpowiednim czasie
- rozwiązywanie problemów, usuwanie usterek
- analiza przyczyn błędów i problemów
- aktualizacja informacji w systemie
- praca dla renomowanego klienta

Wymagania pracodawcy
- doświadczenie na podobnym stanowsku, min. 2-3 lata
- doświadczenie w pracy z ticketami i rozwiązywaniu problemów dotyczących urządzeń infrastruktury sieciowej
- znajomość protokołów transportu aplikacji i infrastruktury sieciowej, m.in. SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, NTP, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, CIFS, LDAP, Microsoft AD
- praktyczne doświadczenie techniczne w pracy z technologiami VPN
- doświadczenie w pracy z systemami zdalnego dostępu, zaporami sieciowymi, - szyfrowaniem, uwierzytelnianiem i technologią autoryzacji
- wiedza z zakresu routing i switching
- wykształcenie wyższe. min. licencjat
- komunikatywność, profesjonalizm w kontakcie z klientem
- bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego
- dostępność do pracy hybrydowej
