Job Description

P&G's Global Fabric & Home Care Manufacturing Operations is expanding its Centre of Digital Excellence in a thriving Technology Hub in Warsaw, Poland. We are looking to hire IT/OT Application Owners to develop and govern best-in-class IT/OT Solutions supporting our Manufacturing Operations around the world.
Application Owners in the Centre of Digital Excellence are responsible for End to End operations for applications in the Fabric & Home Care BU (Business Unit), including managing external vendor teams.

  • Ensure digital compliance with industry best practices and P&G Policies
  • Drive excellence for the business with hands-on IT housekeeping, monitoring, and testing for solutions in a combined IT/OT (operational technology) environment
  • Collaborate with P&G and vendor stakeholders to understand, verify and maintain shared capabilities across Manufacturing Sites
  • Push continuous evolution of managed applications to optimize cost, capacity, and performance
  • Build and sustain shared expertise and best practices with local teams and key partners
Job Qualifications
  • Experience and demonstrated proficiency in industrial automation technology (PLC, SCADA)
  • Prior experience with .net/ c# or other popular object-based programming language, SQL, Microsoft Windows Administration (nice to have)
  • Substantial understanding of Information Security, Operational Excellence, and IT Stewardship
  • Capability in automating and innovating maintenance and support tasks, including working within DevOps and Agile frameworks
  • Solid ability to independently analyze and synthesize business problems, recognize patterns, and communicate concepts with non-IT professionals
  • English proficiency
