HR Generalist

Your tasks

- assist with implementing all HR activities which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent and performance management,
- receive, process and respond to employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, as necessary,
- assist with collection, maintain, analyse, and report on various types of key HR metrics to assist management in effective decision making,
- prepare documentary requirements for HR Partners handling labour-related cases, as necessary,
- ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of HR processes, in accordance with company policy and statutory/local laws,
- conduct disciplinary meetings with staff members who have breached company policies and procedures,
- may provide general support for the HR department and related stakeholders, as necessary.

What we expect

- min. 1-3 years relevant experience preferably in a contact centre,
- associate's degree preferred,
- very good knowledge of English and Polish,
- effective communication skills, both written and verbal,
- proficient in Microsoft Office,
- detail-oriented.
