Practical Information:

Location: Warsaw, Poland | Reports to: General Manager | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Poland | Language Requirements: Professional English & Polish, written and verbal | Work Arrangement: Hybrid

As the new HR Generalist, you will take full ownership for managing and driving the full employee life cycle, including administration and payroll. At the same time, you will act as a CEE coordinator and handle an array of responsibilities, such as on-boarding, performance management, employee relations, global programs management for both Poland and the designated CEE countries.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Compile and maintain HR documentation for employees and contractors, in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law, and as required by the organisation
  • Closely collaborate with the external payroll provider
  • Prepare required reports and data for local management
  • Manage global and regional processes, including on-boarding, performance management, employee feedback surveys and training
  • Oversee the HR data and systems, for the CEE region
  • Assist managers and employees with finding resolutions to their HR related queries
  • Support CEE communications and collaboration initiatives

Your Competencies:

  • 2+ year of hands-on experience in a HR Generalist role
  • Expertise in managing the full employee life-cycle
  • Experience working with external vendors, to provide outsourced HR services like training & payroll
  • Exposure gained from working in an international environment, supporting employees from multiple countries, such as shared service centre
