Joining as a Senior Backend Developer at 10Clouds means diving into a challenging and stimulating environment. You'll have the freedom to lead projects, choose the best tech solutions, and work closely with clients.

Here's a breakdown of the recruitment process:

  • HR Interview (30 min) - just a casual chat to get to know you
  • Technical Interview (via Google Meet, 90 min) - to see if your skills match our needs
  • Final Interview (via Google Meet, 60 min) - meet your future leader and discuss your growth

*For certain projects, additional client interviews may be required.

Requirements:

Your responsibilities include:
  • Architecting and implementing solutions
  • Working closely with the team, clients, and project manager
  • Translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Ensuring project quality and coherence

Additionally, as a senior developer, you will:

  • Ensure good programming practices
  • Support the growth of other engineers
  • Participate in internal initiatives like performance reviews and technical recruitment
  • Provide technical oversight and support
What we're looking for:
  • 8+ years of programming experience
  • Experience with microservices and monolithic architectures
  • 3-4 years of TypeScript experience
  • Blockchain project experience (Hyperledger, Besu, FireFly)
  • Ability to anticipate technical challenges and communicate effectively with clients
  • Understanding of client and business requirements
  • Proficiency in building microservice-based applications
  • Expertise in various technologies such as cloud solutions, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and SQL
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1)
  • Flexibility for occasional late afternoon meetings with US clients
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with third-party integrations and various technologies like Python, FastAPI, and more
