Job Title: Analyst, CLO Administration

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Work Pattern: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Department: CFM Administration

About the Role and Company: Exciting opportunity to be part of the CFM Administration team at ICG in Warsaw, Poland. Join our collaborative, dedicated, and sociable team contributing to operational efficiency and growth within our organization.

Summary of the Opportunity: Responsible for tracking fund investments, ensuring accurate portfolio reports, and collaboration with third-party administrators and custodians.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily cash movements. Produce daily traded/settled cash figures for Portfolio Managers. Produce weekly portfolio status reports and propose improvements. Reconcile monthly reports, payment dates, and identify/troubleshoot issues. Handle ad hoc queries from investors, compliance, and finance. Review and report on trading activities. Review ESMA reporting quarterly.

Key Requirements/Qualifications:

Essential

Educated to degree level. Willingness to travel to London for training. Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Desirable

Background in finance, economics, business, or accounting. 1-3 years' experience in hedge funds or alternative investments. Familiarity with Collateralized Loan Obligations, ESMA reporting, and structured finance. Knowledge of cash reconciliation processes. Excellent math skills and advanced Excel proficiency. Ability to comprehend complex legal and technical documents.
