Initial Deliverables:

Within your first month you will understand your team's services and existing testing setup, as well as understand their quality and overall testing strategy, By your second month you will be delivering test-related tasks together with the rest of the product team, By your third month you have defined a high-level test plan for your team's services.

We are looking for an effective balance between different test levels, types and techniques to achieve speed and quality. We are looking for a Quality Engineer to bring deep quality assurance and testing knowledge to a product team.

You own your responsibilities - which means defining and executing how and what you deliver Care deeply about ensuring our customers receive the highest quality product possible Have a keen eye for detail and derive satisfaction from improving processes and the efficiency of the wider team Are technical at heart , but love working with your peers to elevate them to the next level Experience and skills we are looking for From day one we require you to have: extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance hands-on experience working in at least one area of automated testing browser based e2e testing API testing contract testing infrastructure (in cloud) testing experience in designing test scenarios for complex user flows experience working with Product stakeholders to build a consistent and robust testing plan We would be happy if you additionally have (or would like to learn) programming skills (preferred, but not limited to python, java/kotlin, rust) experience with performance testing and benchmarking infrastructure (in cloud) testing understanding of coded quality concepts having a demonstrably good working knowledge of fundamental computer science and software engineering principles (algorithms, data structures, complexity, design patterns, architecture)
