Adresowanie potrzeb departamentów biznesowych wymagających kompetencji finansowych oraz koordynację współpracy departamentów biznesowych z pionem finansów
Analizę danych finansowych oraz identyfikację negatywnych trendów i odchyleń od planu
Interpretację danych finansowych pod kątem potrzeb biznesowych
Przygotowywanie rekomendacji biznesowych
Aktywny udział w procesie planowania finansowego
Udział w ciągłym doskonaleniu zakresu i formy raportów zarządczych
Nasze wymagania Doświadczenie w dziale aktuariatu lub finansów zakładu ubezpieczeń; doświadczenie na pozycji business partnera będzie dodatkowym atutem
Dobra znajomość finansów ubezpieczeń
Dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne
Otwartość , umiejętność budowania relacji w organizacji
Umiejętność pracy z liczbami
Znajomość narzędzi umożliwiających pracę z danymi oraz ich prezentację
Samodzielność w działaniu
