Hauptaufgaben :

Leitung, Coaching und Betreuung eines Teams

Proaktive Verwaltung der Kapazitäten im Team und Kundensteuerung

Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe

Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen

Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorschriften

Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Prüfern

Generieren von Zusatzgeschäft mit Focus auf wiederkehrende Umsätze und laufende Kosten

Projektverantwortung Anforderungen

Erwartete Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten :

Bachelor-Abschluss in Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder einem verwandten Bereich (Master-Abschluss oder einschlägige Zertifizierungen, wie z. B. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), bevorzugt).

Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungsmanagement, einschließlich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und Compliance.

Ausgeprägtes Verständnis der Gehaltsabrechnungsvorschriften und Steuergesetze auf Bundes- und Landesebene

Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP PA und PY

Sehr gute Deutsch – und Englischkenntnisse

Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten

Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Teammanagementfähigkeiten

Erfahrung in Agile- und/oder Leanmethoden
