Are you an experienced taxation professional looking for a challenging role in a global organization? We are seeking a Direct Tax Manager to join our team, focusing on Pillar II responsibilities within our group. In this role, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with direct tax laws and readiness to calculate & report within Pillar II requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare for Pillar 2 compliance requirements
  • Review tax computations, returns, and related documentation accurately and within reporting deadlines
  • Act as an expert authority in Pillar 2 subject matter areas
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to identify optimization and risks
  • Engage in tax planning exercises within the context of BEPS 2
  • Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to address complex tax issues
  • Represent the company in direct tax/Pillar II related matters

Our requirements

  • Profound knowledge of direct tax laws, regulations, and procedures
  • Solid understanding of international tax principles and transfer pricing
  • Ability to interpret tax legislation and provide accurate advice
    Proficiency in financial analysis and tax planning strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in tax calculations and filings
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and partner with stakeholders at all levels

Educational Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in tax management or Pillar II responsibilities
