We are looking for skillful Backend Developers to join one of our teams working with US clients - referrals from the high-end American IT market.

Our tech stack is built around React, React Native, , and TypeScript. We are working with startups in their early stages (MVPs), which makes the job full of diverse and exciting challenges while crafting innovative solutions.

  • Required skills: 1 year of commercial experience with , knowledge-hungry, understand basic JS concepts (ES 2018+), basic experience with at least one backend framework (e.g , NestJS), understand what SOLID & DRY stand for

Your future tasks and duties:

  • Writing personal-best possible JS code with OOP flavour
  • Technical involvement in the product - finding ways to improve it
  • Writing documentation for delivered code
  • Peer code review
  • Reuse and improve the company knowledge base
  • Communicate with the team to efficiently translate business complexity (user stories/tasks) into solutions (end results/estimations)
  • Learning, learning and learning ;)

About you - Tech skills & Experience:

  • Around 1 year of commercial experience with
  • Understand basic JS concepts (ES 2018+), use Classes, and follow recent additions/functionalities
  • Basic experience with at least one backend framework (e.g. , NestJS, Fastify, etc) - know basic APIs/features, worked on at least 1 project involving such technologies, would be great to have commercial experience in it
  • Know what OOP is, understand basic good practices and data structures, want to have a SOLID and DRY code with the use of design patterns
  • Have worked with SQL database (integration wise) with ORM or query builder tool (ie. Prisma, Knex)

  • English level B2 to cooperate with American clients
  • Polish level C1 to communicate easily within the team

  • Know how to run Docker images and how to use them
