About WorkFlow:

We are a passionate and ambitious team of 100+ people on a mission to create rich customer experiences by automating their entire documentation lifecycle with a powerful all-in-one solution – WorkFlow.

WorkFlow enables businesses to create powerful documents and automate document processes. From simple tasks like editing PDFs and creating forms to eSigning, WorkFlow is everything you need to create, integrate, and automate your documents.

And now, we are looking for a Backend Engineer to join the Bots Platform team. This team is responsible for integrating the Workflow product with various external systems, enhancing our platform's capability to automate complex workflows and exchange data seamlessly. The backend is complex and multi-component, dealing with data processing and validation challenges, databases, queuing issues, and asynchronous solutions. This role is crucial for driving the development of new components, ensuring our product remains cutting-edge, reliable, and efficient.

What you'll be working on:Development of high-quality systemsParticipation in architectural designSupport and maintenance of developed solutionsAnalyzing systems efficiency and performanceCollaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresStaying up-to-date with emerging technologies and applying them to improve our productWhat we expect from you:3+ years of backend engineering experience with the stack

4+ years with another backend language with a strong willingness to switch to Understanding of algorithms and data structuresExperience in software architecture designExperience in microservice architecture and its patternsExperience in working with high-load projectsExperience with relational databases, e.g., MySQLExperience with Event Bus systems, e.g., RabbitMQ or KafkaFamiliarity with development flows and CI/CD processesFamiliarity with SDLC and Agile methodologiesNice to have:Knowledge of PHP, Go, or an additional programming languageExperience with NoSQL databases, e.g., Redis, DynamoDBExperience with GitHub ActionsExperience with AWS, Kubernetes, and DockerFront-end development experience
