Stworzyliśmy 8 aplikacji dostępnych dla użytkowników na całym świecie, które zostały pobrane ponad razy i pracujemy nad kolejnymi Zostaliśmy nagrodzeni App Essentials i App of the Day przez Apple, ale sięgamy po więcej.

Dołącz do naszego zespołu jako Product Manager - bądź odpowiedzialny za strategiczny rozwój i zarządzanie produktem - od definiowania wizji i rozumienia rynku, przez tworzenie i rozwój produktu, aż po wdrażanie strategii marketingowych.

Obowiązki:

tworzenie, implementacja i rozwijanie strategii produktowejdefiniowanie kluczowych obszarów rozwojuanalizowanie rynku, konkurencji, śledzenie trendów, identyfikacja potrzeb użytkowników i konstruowanie wniosków dot. produktów i strategiimonitorowanie raportów dot. retencji użytkowników w aplikacjach oraz sprzedażybieżąca analiza strategii produktowejzarządzanie cyklem życia produktów, zarządzanie procesem produkcji i ustalanie priorytetów prackoordynacja prac nad wprowadzaniem nowych funkcjonalnościrozumienie potrzeb klienta i rynku, przewidywanie trendów i reagowanie na zmieniające się realia rynkowewspółpraca z innymi zespołami odpowiedzialnymi za: development, marketing operacyjny, content, sprzedaż, analitykęwspółtworzenie strategii marketingowychraportowanie działań z zakresu planów i realizacji do zarządu spółki

Nasze oczekiwania:

minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowiskuznajomość najnowszych technologii i trendów w obszarze aplikacji mobilnychdoskonała umiejętność zarządzania projektem i koordynacji pracy zespołuumiejętność zarządzania kilkoma projektami jednocześniedoskonałe umiejętności analityczne i decyzyjnesilne umiejętności interpersonalne i komunikacyjnekreatywność umiejętność analizy potrzeb użytkownikówzaangażowanie, zorientowanie na osiąganie rezultatów i szukanie rozwiązańznajomość zagadnień związanych ze zdrowym stylem życia, fitnessem itd. wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane kierunki: zarządzanie, marketing)znajomość języka angielskiego (zaawansowany)
